Infusionsoft Email Deliverability Issue

Infusionsoft logoFor over one month, some Infusionsoft customers have struggled with email deliverability and this week management addressed the issue in the following email communication to customers.

As you know, over the past few weeks, we’ve struggled with a thorny email reputation challenge that resulted in a temporary decline in the deliverability of single opt-in emails routed through Cisco email servers, which includes GoDaddy accounts.

I am pleased to report that as of July 23rd, the issue has been resolved and all single opt-in emails are being delivered at a 99.5% success rate.

Thank you for your patience and support as we worked through this. Our email operations team has been working hard to fix the immediate problem and implement long-term solutions that will strengthen deliverability even more in the future.

Infusionsoft has always prided itself as an entrepreneurial company focused on small businesses and we had a chance to visit their annual convention earlier this year.  Email deliverablity is core to marketing automation functionality so one would hope the company has put this technical issue behind them.
