Salesfusion announced it had received $8.5 million in series B funding lead by BLH Venture Partners, Hallett Capital, and Noro-Moseley Partners. To date the Atlanta based company has raised $10 million and the new money will go toward sales and marketing efforts and additional product development.
Salesfusion is an built upon the Microsoft stack and is tightly integrated with Microsoft’s Dynamics CRM product. In addition to Dynamics, Salesfusion is integrated with other CRM products like Salesforce, NetSuite, Sage CRM, SalesLogix and SugarCRM.
Salesfusion counts about 175 Microsoft Dynamics CRM customers and over 450 total customers (as of September 2013) including Hitachi , Green Giant, Enpointe, Heathrow Airport and Konica Minolta. The company might be a possible takeover target for Microsoft who has also been rumored to looking at Marketo as well.
